Returns and Cancellations: All Alton House Collection items are made to order, final-sale, non-refundable and not returnable. We require payment in full for all orders. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Alton House Collection reserves the right to deduct a 5% processing fee on cancellations.
Shipping: Alton House Collection will select the shipper and shipping method appropriate to your order and your sales representative will notify you of the exact shipping charge within 48hrs of placing your order. Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight and ship-to location. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Alton House Collection is not responsible for executing the terms and conditions of the shipping agreement between the customer and the shipping agent. It is the customer’s responsibility to open and inspect merchandise within 48hrs of receipt – no damage claims can be accepted after this period. Lead Times: We endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Any lead-times shown on our website or quoted by a Mark J. Williams Design representative are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a specific time-frame.
Product Guarantee: All Alton House Collection products are guaranteed from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after receipt. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
